A wonderful way to bring on the blossom, so much so that  it is now becoming tough to choose which flowers and buds to show off as my #SixonSaturday.  It&#8217;s become so salient that my spring garden is dominated by yellow and blue, so to keep world events in mind (again), I&#8217;ve gone for mostly yellow and blue scenes this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, yellow hazel catkins picked out against the bright blue sky, almost the end of their season, but still glowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"732\" src=\"http:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-1024x732.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-921\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-1024x732.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-1536x1099.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/balmerino.ddns.net\/geekygarden\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/catkins-2048x1465.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>My garden is always filled with daffodils of all varieties, here are a couple.
