Chicken (Lance’s version of the standard recipe). This is delicious – don’t skimp on the
ingredients! Pork with Cashews,
Lime and Mint (adapted from a recipe by Nigel Slater). Warning very moreish! Hungarian Goulash
(our standard recipe). Best cooked
over two days. Sue’s Prawn Dish
– with cashews and Brazil nuts (via Sue, from an original recipe). Very reliable, and very nice! Slater’s Chicken
with Chilli, Lemon and Mint (adapted from a recipe by Nigel
Slater). Delicious! Thai Chicken
(adapted from a recipe by Glynn Christian). Quick and easy, and delicious! Jambalaya
(our standard recipe). Adapt with available ingredients. Warning: can be very spicy! Duck with
Pineapple, Ginger and Soy (adapted from a recipe by Nigel Slater).
